The property was very clean with all promised amenities . Clive and Donna were great hosts and received me well during the check in process ! ☺️ Worth the money and best place to be in if you want a break from crowded places !

One night stay review. I was aware of the location being near two main roads however on one side if was very noisy at night, which isn't a problem if not using the sofa bed however we were. Quaint place to stay, be aware of the metal spiral staircase, not for somebody with poor mobility or eyesight. If you turn right out of the side road it is a 20 min walk into Tewkesbury, which was the ideal location for us. No need to go across country. Hot shower.
The facilties were clean however other parts were not, skirting, bin in the bathroom, light fitting upstairs covered in cobwebs and unfinished decorating in the lounge area. Could be spruced up and would be beneficial. The double bedroom has a concrete ceiling being as it was a previous industrial building so it was quite chilly but there is a heater. Also no hot water in the sinks. Please note no oven if staying for a number of nights.
