About this apartment rental
Near the Roveta woods, on the hills of Florence, there is a little heaven. Prestigious and bright ground floor apartment recently restored, set in one of the most beautiful places in the Florence area, has a luxury touch and is perfectly maintained with attention to even the small details. Art and antiques in the villa create a warm atmosphere. Immediately outside the apartment is a wonderful terracotta paved (private) terrace which looks out to the garden, which offer fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. It is furnished with an iron table which comfortably seats up to seven people, ceramic hob and an electric barbecue (we have double barbecue – one electric barbecue and additional carbon barbecue) and is shaded by a large wood pergola creating the perfect corner to relax and soak up the Tuscan sun. To one side of the terrace is a beautiful hydromassage bath tube & shower that has been recently built, where you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days. The main entrance door opens directly into the kitchen . The well equipped kitchen has an oven with gas hobs, a microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section . To the right hand side of the kitchen a door leads into the lounge - dinner area. This is a comfortably furnished area and is graced with delicate frescoes, with sofas, one of which is a sofabed and wooden dining table which can accommodate up to 5 people . There is a flatscreen TV and a CD player . To the left hand side of the kitchen there is a door which opens into a small corridor. To the right of the corridor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom . It has been furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe and the The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. Please note this bedroom can NOT be converted into a twin room if requested when booking. The apartment is completed by a 2nd bathroom with shower located next to the master bedroom based at the end of the corridor. The Elegant and spacious master bedroom elegantly decorated with frescoes dating back to 17th century, has a double (king size) bed, it has a wonderful arched window which overlook the beautiful surrounding countryside.
There are mosquito screens in each room (bathrooms include). All of the bedrooms are provided with air conditioning and the bathrooms with hairdryers. All the beds are equipped with comfortable double mattresses. We have an additional single sofabed at your disposal. Due this fact the Roveta apartment can accomodate up to 5 people.

Loved this beautiful and peaceful villa. Easy to find and owner’s som met us for check in and check out. A very nice young nan and the villa had every amenity for our comfort.

Place: this amazing apartment is located in typical Tuscany countryside with olive and cypress trees just few minutes by car from Florencia center. Totally romantic and quite place.
Apartment: Despite of fact that the apartment is part of the bigger house, we had really maximal privacy there with own amazing garden, small pool and own entrance into the apartment. Fully equipped and clean, nicely renovated.
Communication with the owner: very prompt, nice and careful person.
If you would like to spend holidays in typical Tuscany nature very close to the Florence, I fully recommend this place.
