Natsikos villa is Ideally located at Stavromenos village only 2 km away from a sandy beach and only 12 km away from Rethymno city.Set among olive groves offering magnificent views to the peaceful countryside surroundings .Built on stone and wood is and ideal combination of modern aesthetic and Cretan traditional culture.

The villa covers an area of 180 sqm separated in two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room area with a fireplace,a dining area for 8 guests and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining space for four guests.There is also a bedroom and a W.C on the same floor.
On the upper floor you can find 3 more bedrooms and two bathrooms.All bedrooms have their own balcony with great views.
Outdoors there is a 500 square meters organised fenced area with many facilities and spots for relaxing . Specifically in the outdoor are you will find an organised barbecue with a dining table,an outdoor lounge area and a 40 sq.m private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas . Also enough space covered with grass in order for children to play with safety.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Natsikos Villa. This already started when we arrived later as planned and the host had prepared some greek delicacies for us, also he was very flexible for the check in and check out times. The villa itself was perfect and in real life even better then on the pictures. Outdoor kitchen, bbq, pizza oven and plenty of amenities!! The host was very helpful and even brought us fresh dough for our pizza evening. The waste was collected daily in the morning which was very nice. The villa has all you would ever need. Beach, shops and restaurants are all nearby. Would definitely recommend this to everyone as our vacation at Natsikos Villa exceeded all our expectations. Thanks to Antonis for the wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at the villa, we were a group of 9, two families. The villa itself is built to a high standard with lots of space and the outside areas were fantastic. We hired a car which is a must. The owners were great and communication was good.

The villa is exactly what we expected and the owners are so adorable. They came to clean and even cooked for us. The garden and pool are very nice, kids friendly. The AC is everywhere and it feels very cool inside.
We enjoyed our stay and recommand this villa !

We had a lovely holiday in Crete. Great villa, very clean, good base for exploring the island. We walked to the beach daily, the kids loved the swimming pool and cooking pizza in the out door oven. The outside area was perfect for family barbeques. Arrived late at night hungry to find our hosts had left us a lovely Greek meal and a cake! Genuine hosts - would recommend.
