We really enjoyed this apartment. It was near the waterfront and we took a few walks along there to enjoy the beautiful weather. There is a lift to get your bags to the second floor flat. Inside it was very clean and airy. We used the Metro to get to the older parts of the city and that was very helpful. If you travel a lot you know how important it is to get to know how the local transit works. It is a great way to get around and saves lots of money. Napoli is of course the birthplace of pizza and there is a great spot just across the square called 50 Kalo. We went after 9pm as there is usually a line-up before then. We also went to the old part of the city to a place called Pizza & Passione. Amazing as well. Tucked into a little side street it was highly rated and met the standard.

Appartement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Mergellina, ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Naples en 10/15minutes notamment la gare centrale de Naples en 15 minutes. De la gare, Herculanum est accessible en train en 20 minutes et Pompei en 40 minutes. L'appartement se trouve à 200 mètres du bord de mer et à environ 1km à pied du castel dell'ovo. On trouve tout autour des petits commerces et de nombreux restaurants. L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble très calme et est tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite sur Internet. Il dispose de la climatisation ce qui était notamment très apprécié dans une période où les températures restaient assez élevées la nuit. Un seul petit bémol concernant les ustensiles de cuisine. Il serait peut être opportun de d'ajouter une petite casserole pour faire chauffer de l'eau pour les adeptes du café lyophilisé. Enfin, les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été extrêmement simples et l'accueil, réalisé par sa nièce sur place, très cordial. Je mentionnerai pour terminer une délicate attention du propriétaire : une bouteille d'eau fraîche et une bouteille de vin italien nous attendaient à notre arrivée ! Nous séjournerons s volontiers dans cette location si nous sommes susceptibles de revenir à Naples.

Very nice apartment ideally located near metro, seafront, and restaurants. Comfortable, nicely appointed place. Elevator is a nice feature. Check-in process went smoothly. Mario and Chiara both responded quickly and pleasantly to our communication. Would definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.

Ouesta è la terza volta che abbiamo passato con Mario. Il appartamento è dotato con tutto la comodità, specie per noi che amiamo cucinare. A pochi passi, ci sono tutti i negozi per fare la spesa, è siamo molto vicini alla stazione Mergellina e gli autobus che ci portano nel centro storico. Poi siamo sistemati in una zona bellissima vicino il mare dove ci sono ristoranti dove si mangia bene. Noi consideriamo Sannazzaro come la secondo casa!
