交通の便が良く、眺望が素晴らしい。
３寝室でベッド５台となっていますが、ウソです。ちゃんとしたベッドは、階下の寝室にあるクイ−ンベッドだけ。階上ロフトにあるのは、寝られるけど本物のベッドではない。そして写真に写っているシングル２台の部屋はありませでした。大人５人で行ったので、寝る場所が足りずに途方にくれましたが、やがて地球儀のある部屋のソファがベッドになるのを発見して自分たちで展開しました。案内してくれるはずのマルタさんは居なくて、たぶん息子の中学生くらいの子が水上バスの乗り場で待っていてカギを開けてくれました。彼の親孝行に免じて文句は付けませんでしたか、無責任でひどい対応だと思いました。

The view from the main room with the sea and San Marco square across is just incredible. The location near the traghetto and grocery store as well as restaurant and cafes in the Guidecca is perfect to visit Venice in a less visited setting. The interior is decorated with taste as an eclectic mix of original antiques and chic 80’s-90’s furniture and remodel.
We are probably special in the sense that we do not like AC at night so the lack of screens on windows allows mosquitoes in. Also with windows open the vicinity of the traghetto is super noisy.
The third room feels a little cave-like and does not have its own bathroom.

The apartment is located on the island of Giudecca and has a beautiful view over Venice. It is very clean and has a beautiful decor. The only drawback is the steep stairs, but when you don't have small children it's not a problem. Marta is very kind and takes care of all requests efficiently.
