It was fairly clean, kitchen surfaces needed a bit more of a clean. There was everything you need at the property for cleaning, utensils & a freezer outside. Just you have to be a bit more careful walking outside of a night.
The parking, it wasn’t the worst but you can’t park outside & I have a bad back. It would be nice with a bigger tv & maybe Netflix but it was great value for money.

Location very nice.
Unfortinately the water view in the photo was not visible as we had anticipated, it is further down in the village, however the back of the property did look over some lovely fields.
Very generous sized bathroom.
Once we worked out the thermostat no shortage of heating and hot water.
The sofa was very uncomfortable and we struggled to get comfortable in the bed as the matress dips down either side on the edges.
The stairs are quite steep.

Location was dog walking heaven.
No EV charger as advertised. Fortunately, the neighbour lent me theirs. But atva cost I was expecting an ev charger .

Wonderful location, peaceful village and friendly neighbours.
Smelt of damp when we first arrived but once I turned the heating on this quickly dissipated.
