With stunning harbor views from your own private brick patio, this condo puts you in the heart of Harbour Town. Enjoy strolling the Harbour Town Marina -- your backyard of restaurants, shops, and the brand new children's playground -- or relax and watch the boats glide to and from the waters of Calibogue Sound.
This two-bedroom coastal themed condo features hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, with TV's offered in both the living room and bedrooms.
With a full view of the marina and the signature red-and-white banded lighthouse, the coastal toned living room showcases the harbor view beyond its sliding glass door, opening to a large brick patio complete with rocking chairs and a small table -- perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail with your friends or loved ones. The patio also includes a lighted ceiling fan for evenings and hot afternoons. A small desk is featured in the corner of the living room -- the perfect place to keep phones, tablets, and computers convenient and charged.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a round table seating six. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry.

Bethany was a wonderful host. Very quick to respond. The unit was very clean. I am a clean freak and I really appreciate the fact that the unit was spotless. The view from the patio and living room is amazing. The unit is within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip. I would definitely return and rent this unit again. Thank you!

We have wanted to stay in Harbour Town for years. The view and location does not disappoint. The condo is perfectly suited to be able to walk to local coffee and pastry shops, grab dinner, listen to music, and do some shopping. The condo itself is very nice, with a well stocked kitchen and very comfy couches and loveseats. The patio is nice for coffee in the morning and watching the boats.The bedrooms had very comfy comforters and also had small fans for those who like to sleep with those on. It was the perfect place for our little getaway!

We come to HH every year and stay for a month. This property was in a good location, view of lighthouse, close to amenities. The owner responded quickly to inquiries and the place was clean with good appliances. The owner did not provide us with a Sea Pines pass despite them being free to owners. Fortunately we know other owners who provided us with a pass for the month. Otherwise we were told to go once a week to pay for a pass as you could not pay for a month at one time. There was work going on in the lobby (floors being laid, painting, carpentry) which I understand the owner can't control but would have been nice to get a heads up. Unit is very dated, dark, sun does not come onto the patio, or into the living room area at all, at least during our stay in mid-October to mid-November so outdoor space was gloomy and cool unless temperature was very warm. Unit needs some TLC. Chair backs at the table came apart when moved, toilet in spare bathroom had to have the handle manually moved up to stop it running, closet doors consistently came off rails, curtain tension rods could not bear the weight of the curtains and would fall down when we tried to open them, so we left them, no headboard on the bed, no duvet cover on the duvet, just a couple of sheets, one on top and one on the bottom, no screens on the window in the bedroom so we couldn't open the window. All of these are small things but added up, it felt like a property that the owner didn't care too much about.
