Beautiful surroundings, incredibly quiet in the middle of farmland. Thierry and Geraldine were very welcoming. The room was huge, beautifully decorated. The breakfast was also delicious.

Wir durften eine wunderbare Zeit im Mas des Fugueyrolles in Cavaillon verbringen und wurden von unseren Gastgebern Géraldine und Thierry herzlich umsorgt. Das reichhaltige Frühstück war typisch provenzalisch – mit frischen Erdbeeren direkt vom Nachbarn (ein Obstbauer) und für mich Kaffee ohne Ende!
Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Möglichkeit, am Abend im gemütlichen Wintergarten unser selbst mitgebrachtes Essen zu genießen. Géraldine hat uns dabei sogar spontan mit einer frisch zubereiteten Omelette verwöhnt – eine wundervolle Geste!
Thierry hat sich die Zeit genommen, uns anhand beeindruckender Bilder auf dem Grossleinwand-TV die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Luberon und der Alpilles näherzubringen. Mit einer Übersichtskarte gab er uns zusätzlich wertvolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge.
Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit freundlich, zurückhaltend präsent und ausgesprochen angenehm. Für mich persönlich war es auch eine Freude, meine Französischkenntnisse wieder aktiv anwenden und auffrischen zu können.
Wir haben unsere Ferientage in jeder Hinsicht genossen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Eine volle 10 von uns – mit grossem Dank!
