Superb 58m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator.
In a pleasant building, you'll love this well-appointed apartment. Access to the apartment is via a lovely common room with a single sofa bed, which leads to a bedroom with two beds - a double bed and an inflatable bed - a shower room and a modern, well-equipped kitchen.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature

It is located on an almost flat territory. There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Hall Tony Garnier where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!
