Everything was perfect except for the minor detail mentioned above.
Parking space can be bargained just behind the building (in the inner courtyard) on the spot as it is not among the facilities offered.
In one of the bathrooms the toilet was positioned under a low ceiling so I had to be careful all the time not to hit my head and the sink was so small I could hardly brush my teeth.
