Proximité, la vue, l’emplacement .
L’établissement est très agréable et stylé. Le seul inconfort, est le divan convertible en lit.. pas très confortable, fort utilisé et le « matelas » est insuffisant.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment IDÉAL, la résidence est calme et très propre. De même pour le logement. Hors saison c'est vraiment sympa comme tout, par contre en haute saison le bruit pourrait peut-être être dérangeant.
Petit bémol, absence de climatisation, qui pourrait être la cerise sur le gâteau pour un logement parfait. En mai nous n'en avons pas ressenti le besoin, en revanche en plein été cela pourrait être nécessaire.

Eigenlijk niets. Wel een paar kleine tips: sfeerverlichting zou leuk zijn én wat handleidingen voor de elektrische ( keuken ) apparatuur.
