- exactly as in the pictures (the property looks better than most others in the area, feels well maintained)
- clean (every day cleaning, change of sheets & towels every 3 days)
- all necessary amenities (small kitchen/ bathroom)
- easy parking on the street in front of the property
- shower in the yard
- confortable bed in the bedroom and nice big sofa
- friendly hosts
- 3-4 minutes walk to the beach
- pretty small for a “deluxe” apartment - not enaugh space inside or on the balcony for a 4 person family to sit down and eat/ have a drink together
- street view -> noisy at times and not very private
- small bathroom
- no common/ shared space (we were 3 families in 3 apartments - and didn’t have any place to sit together, except balconies, which were small and uncomfortable)
- no breakfast options (except own use of the kitchinette)
- price/ night felt high for us, considering all of the above-mentioned

Nice, spacious and clean facilities, close to the beach.
Close to the road, and a bit noisy in the night, but can fixed with closed doors and air conditioning. Very nice location of the air conditioning btw

I loved how clean and modern my room was. It was enough for me and felt like home. Air conditioning was perfect and the small kitchenette with the kettle and the plates and cutlery were super useful.
George the owner was exceptional and went above and beyond. And he was so helpful when I needed to do my washing. I will definitely be coming back next i’m in Thessaloniki!
