On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI (all areas of the villa indoors and outdoors as well) and a spacious living room and a dining area of 45 square metres. The room is air-conditioned and disposes of satellite TV and a telephone. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, a wardrobe, an air-conditioning device and satellite TV. There is also a W/C with a shower and a washing machine on the ground floor. The ground floor balcony is spacious- 45 square metres- and also has a dining table with chairs.
First floor
On the first floor of the Villa Romantic there are two bedrooms.
1.The first one has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, a wardrobe, air-conditioning as well as a terrace.
2.The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, satellite TV, air-conditioning, a safe, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with a magnificent view.

Outside the villa there is a 65-square-metre swimming pool with sunbeds
At a distance of approximately 20 km from the town of Corfu, in the south-western part of the island, lies the area of Agios Mattheos with the village of the same name. This is an area surrounded by olive groves. The village of Agios Mattheos is situated on a leeward slope of Mount Pantocrator, only 10 minutes away from the nearest beach, that of Paramonas. Villa Romantic is located at a distance of 500 metres from Paramonas beach and 2 km from the village of Agios Mattheos.
There are many sights and areas of unique natural beauty. The Byzantine Castle of Gardiki, which was built in the 14th century, the Palaeolithic Grava Cave, the picturesque chapels in the town of Corfu, Lake Korissia, which has been classified as a biotope, and the historical Pantocrator Monastery with its magnificent view, which is situated at the very top of the mountain of the same name, are only a few of the options available to those who wish to become better acquainted with the area.

This villa has an amazing location with views over the sea to the west, with gorgeous sunsets. The pool is large and very well maintained and all bedrooms inside the house are a good size with air conditioning. It's a great location for visiting central and southern Corfu but you need a car. The final access road is steep, but short. The owner was responsive and charming and we had a marvellous holiday. We'd agree with other reviews that say that the property needs some investment to upgrade the bathrooms. There were only 3 outside loungers that could be used and the umbrellas need replacing.

Villa was spotless on arrival and was cleaned twice during our two week stay.This villa had the best pool we have ever had- it was well looked after, plenty deep enough for our two children (12 and 14) and long enough to proper lengths which was lovely. The view from the villa was amazing. We saw swallows each day that flew down and drank from the pool and bars in the evening. WiFi worked no problem and it was fantastic on arrival to have a few things after our journey like water, bread, cheese, tea etc. We were kindly offered to go to the Olive Mill and do the tasting tour which was really interesting. The only thing to improve would be the umbrellas and sun loungers around the pool. Many of the loungers were broken and there needed to more umbrellas.Overall a great trip!

The Villa has a top location with a beautiful view and the swimming pool ist very well maintained. But the internet works very unreliable und there is no Telephone network for using mobile data. From the third day we had no more hot water. Despite multiple messages to the owner no reaction. That was a shame.
