About this cottage rental
Detached 15th century house with a few steps: living room with kitchenette (microwave oven), shower room with toilet (towels provided). Upstairs: landing bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm separable). Adjoining room opening onto the garden with dining tables and armchairs. Electric heating included. Shared laundry room. Garden with trees and flowers and adjoining parking shared with the owner. Private recreational fishing pond with wood and picnic tables 1 km away (accessible on request). Farmyard birds on site and at the pond. Formerly the village's cooking area until the Hundred Years' War, the cottage is perfect for a couple with possibly a young child. The garden is sumptuous and designed by Claude Serais with different spaces for privacy. Located in the heart of the village, your host will be happy to tell you the story of La Carneille, perhaps through a historical hike, passing through its historic woods and fishing pond... and you'll no doubt end the evening with a friendly game of Russian billiards!
Farmers' market on the first Sunday of the month in the village. Exhibition in the garden "La Cavée des artistes" every first weekend of July.
