Me and my colleagues had a wonderful time at Kaiser9. All it was perfect. Warm staff; ready to fulfill everything we asked for; too easy to find the apartment. near the main train station, we walked only five minutes apartment. The center of the city 100 m from the apartment. All the explanations sent by email after booking, helped us to find and enter in the apartment in the easiest way. The apartment was cleaned and we filled like in home.

I loved this flat, it was homely, cosy and had everything I needed for a restful stay. Of course, it's very central, and you might occasionally hear the tram, but what do you expect from being right in the city. It didn't bother me in the slightest. I'm so glad I picked this place. The bed was super comfortable, it's nice to have a sofa and a table, and a coffee machine, microwave, and everything you need.
It was perfect.

Host is nice and friendly, helped us a lot by allowing early check-in.
The flor in the bathroom has no proper curve to the drain, so water after shower was literally everywhere, and there was no mop to clean it properly, so it caused us inconvenience
