This modern and spacious holiday flat offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, with its cosy, contemporary interior and breathtaking views of the surrounding Chiemgau Alps. The flat features a generous living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings. Guests can unwind further with the Finnish sauna, which is perfect for rejuvenating after a day of outdoor activities. The large building offers exclusivity and comfort, while the expansive balcony allows you to enjoy the panoramic mountain views, especially at sunset.
Situated 650 meters above sea level, the location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The area is renowned for its sunny valley, picturesque mountain meadows, and scenic mountain lakes, making it ideal for hiking and cycling. In winter, the region offers excellent ice skating and skiing opportunities. The Max Aicher Arena, located in the village, provides a 400m speed skating rink and an indoor ice hockey field. For skiing, the Kesselalm lifts in Inzell and Pommernlift in Adlgaß are nearby, with additional ski areas such as Kaltenbach, Winklmoos Steinplatte, and Lofer also within reach.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities for nature lovers and families alike. With the Chiemsee, Königssee, and Waginger See close by, there are plenty of opportunities for boating and sightseeing.
