We welcome you to take your time when staying at Brasada Ranch--discounts for 7+ and 30+ night stays are extended automatically through VRBO. Please contact the owner for longer term rentals at discounted rates.
We have a strict "No Pets" and "No Smoking" policy with no exceptions in order to keep the property as allergen-free as possible due to our family health requirements. Unfortunately, this includes service animals as we have family members with severe allergies.
This house has a rare 5,600 activity lawn perfect for family games and running around, along with several outdoor areas each with their own panoramic views.
Guests may book a tee time for Brasada Canyons Golf up to 7 days prior to arrival date, once guest registration is complete. Standard resort pricing applies, and brasada.com promotional packages are not valid for guests. Brasada Resort bicycle reservations may be made upon arrival. Guests will have access to the Athletic Center and Sundance Pool, as well as the Cascade Pool (adults-only) and other resort facilities.
Located in Central Oregon's Brasada Ranch Resort community, this home has unobstructed mountain and butte views out all windows and comes fully stocked with all the features you'd expect to have for a luxury stay. Close proximity to Smith Rock, hiking trails, mountain biking, Mt. Bachelor, Bend breweries and restaurants, and much more. The home is about 1/2 mile from the center of Brasada Ranch, where the Ranch House, Athletic Center, General Store, and other resort facilities are located--a leisurely bike ride or short drive away.
This home has space in all directions, situated on a double lot and backing to common space with a pond, resulting in unobstructed panoramic mountain and butte views, visible from inside the home, the wrap-around porch, the 7-person spa, and the 5,600 sq ft activity lawn. With plenty of comfortable seating, inside and out, this home is decorated with designer furniture and comes with a well-appointed kitchen with over-sized island featuring top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid appliances, Jura superautomatic coffee machine, professional gas grill--perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The home has two desk work areas for your convenience, along with a 50-amp Juicebox EV charger.
Rooms in this home were designed to accommodate your family in comfort. On the main level, there is the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom and closet, along with a bedroom with queen bed and dresser, with nearby full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a king bed and dresser, and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.
Brasada Ranch amenities include the private 18-hole Golf Course designed by Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy, The Athletic Club featuring indoor and outdoor pools, kids playroom, equestrian center, Spa Brasada, Ranch house for casual dining or Range Restaurant for fine dining. The General Store provides provisions from wine to fresh vegetables. Outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball, bocce ball, playground, walking, hiking and biking trails (snowshoe in the winter). 300 days of sunshine a year, and year-round recreation from fly fishing in the Deschutes to skiing at Mt. Bachelor to hiking or rock climbing at Smith Rock.
**Like all visitors to Brasada Ranch, guests who are not Brasada members are subject to mandatory resort fees, which will be collected by the owner after booking and remitted to Brasada Ranch prior to your stay. After booking, you will be provided with the Brasada guest registration form to complete, followed by a request for additional payment through VRBO based upon the dates of your reservation and the number and ages of guests. Rates are $36 per guest per night Jan 1-May 12, $68 per guest per night May 13-Sept 30, and $40 per guest per night Oct 1-Dec 31. In addition, a 5% processing fee will be applied to the resort guest fees, to cover VRBO transaction costs applied. Brasada Ranch registrations not submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to a $100 resort surcharge. Changes made to Brasada Ranch registrations after registration are subject to a $50 resort surcharge. Children 5 and under, and existing Brasada members, are exempt from the resort fees. These fees are reduced by 50% for stays over 30 days. Guests are responsible for lost Brasada Ranch access cards. Resort fee rates are subject to change at any time without notice, even after a reservation is made. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL PRICE AS IT IS DEPENDENT ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS/DATES OF YOUR STAY AND WILL BE CHARGED ONCE YOUR GUEST COUNT IS FINALIZED.

We had a wonderful multigenerational family stay at this home in Brasada. The layout was perfect for spending time together while still giving everyone space. The kitchen was very well equipped and made family meals easy and fun. The outdoor living areas were absolutely beautiful, with plenty of comfortable seating and stunning views—we spent so much time outside enjoying the setting. Overall, a fantastic home that made for a truly memorable family getaway. Highly recommend!

The house was as advertised and very well maintained and equipped. It has one of the few large yards in Brasada area and yard games already on site. It’s far enough away from other houses that you hear nothing and very low light pollution for stargazing from the hot tub. Not to mention 2 different kinds of high end coffee machines (espresso and drip). All good

We had a wonderful stay at Brasada. We’ve been many times and have stayed at different homes. Everyone in our party agreed that this was their favorite home. It’s got a nice grassy area in the back for fun lawn toys, fire pits and a great hot tub! The home had ample space for our 3 grandparents and 3 kids.
