About this apartment rental
Modern 3 room holiday apartment with a beautiful, large corner balcony with a view of Hocheck and the cable car. The holiday apartment is on the first floor and has a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90/200m and 140/200m). In the living-dining area is a sofa bed for one person. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and 3-plate stove. A bicycle cellar, ski cellar and the use of a washing machine with dryer (sometimes for a fee) complete the offer. This holiday region really offers a lot of variety and has a great infrastructure. The town center and the Hocheck ski and leisure area can be reached in a few minutes. Excursions to nearby Austria, for example to the Zillertal (60 km), to Innsbruck (80 km) or Kitzbühel (40 km) are available. In winter, skiing at Hocheck with floodlights or tobogganing 3 km down into the valley on the floodlit toboggan run. The Sudelfeld ski area is approx. 15 km away. In summer, Oberaudorf offers 200 km of hiking trails, a summer toboggan run, parks, skating facilities, the Luegsteinsee lido with a large water slide, bathing lakes all around, a nature and forest educational trail, asphalt rollercoaster, tennis courts, horse-drawn carriage rides, a water ski facility, and a fairytale and wildlife park very close by. In winter, 50 km of winter hiking trails, snowshoe hikes, indoor tennis court, 3 toboggan runs: Hocheck - floodlit, Brünnstein, Tatzelwurm, cross-country, ski, carving and snowboard schools, cross-country ski trails, alpine skiing in the ski paradise of Sudelfeld and Hocheck. For bookings of less than 5 nights, a short-term surcharge of €70 is due upon arrival

Die Lage der Wohnung, nebst Tiefgaragenstellplatz (für PKW und Fahrräder) ist in Oberaudorf hervorragend. Einen Stern Abzug bei Genauigkeit des Online Inserates (es ist nicht erwähnt, dass die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung ist und der TG Stellplatz für PKW und Fahrräder, was uns positiv überrascht hat). Alles ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr gut.
Kleinen Abzug bei der Sauberkeit der Wohnung aufgrund der nicht geputzten Scheiben. Abdrücke der Vormieter waren eindeutig vorhanden. Jedoch ist dies nur ein kleiner Makel, ansonsten wäre die Wohnung perfekt gewesen. Die Wohnung war ansonsten sehr sauberes und in einem guten Zustand.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und modern eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und die Lage sind super. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten im Dorf oder an der Bergbahn.
Die Küche ist recht minimalistisch eingerichtet, es war zB kein Salz/Pfeffer vorhanden. Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Grill usw. sind vorhanden.
Auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist vorhanden.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Allerdings ist niemand mit in die Wohnung gekommen und hat eine richtige Übergabe durchgeführt.
Insgesamt war es ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung und der schönen Umgebung sehr genossen.
