Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you Kerelen, in a quiet, sought-after neighborhood in the heart of Carantec, a traditional house ideally located 150 meters from the famous Chaise du Curé. You can walk to everything from the house, and enjoy the panoramic view of Callot Island and the Château du Taureau. The fully-renovated house comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, a pretty enclosed garden with a sheltered, sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture and 2 barbecues.

- Lounge area with two sofas, coffee table, TV
- A modern kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher.
- Separate WC
Second floor
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
Second floor
- Large attic bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and single extra bed
Outside
- Enclosed, protected garden behind the house, with garden shed
- A terrace with a large table for 6-8 guests, deckchairs and barbecues
- Two private parking spaces at the front of the house
- A swing for two children

Kerelen Great location and immaculate house. the extra double bedroom is accessible only through the bathroom and up some stairs. the only toilet is on the ground floor. this might be a problem if you are fussy about such things

The house is overall nice and functional and the description is accurate. The real plus is the location : very close to the shops and the beaches. We had a pleasant stay.
