The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in real beds, with room for 2 additional guests in folding beds in the upper-floor bedrooms, bringing the maximum capacity to 10 guests.

The villa is spacious and very luxurious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. We stayed with our two young children and had everything we needed catered for at the villa. You can enjoy close to the villa excellent supermarkets and beaches (spilies beach especially good), and plenty choice of restaurants nearby - CAVO, Prima Plora and Yialos Rethymnon restaurants are a must to visit. High recommend overall

We were four couples together for a week of summer holidays and this place were just perfect. The owner Heather welcomed us with an "arrival-snack" package (wine, water, bread, cheese, pasta, etc.) and provided us with very useful information on her partners (driver and local restaurant) which both showed themselves extremely helpful and serviceminded. The house is newbuild and in an excellent condition. The four bedrooms with individual bathrooms are perfect for four couples and the common areas; kitchen, living room and outside areas are all very nice and equipped with everything you need. During our stay we experienced a problem with the water supply, but Heather organized someone to fix the issue immediately without any inconvenience caused. We give Heater and this house our best recommendation.
