Posizione straordinaria, vicinissima al mare e a 10 minuti dal centro di Portovenere. La casa è molto ampia, pulita e ben attrezzata. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

La posizione eccellente e il parcheggio comodissimo , con addirittura il garage dentro alla casa che permette di essere super comodi. una casa che sicuramente ha vissuto antichi fasti.
Ci sono mobili che contengono ancora le cose di chi ci ha abitato o che ogni tanto ci abita. Ci sono vecchie infiltrazioni di acqua che hanno rovinato una vecchia carta da parati. Le tapparelle non scendono pertanto per chi ama dormire al mattino e’ un problema.

The place was perfect for us. Roberto met us on arrival and showed us around. He also recommended the local bakery next door and we loved getting fresh bread there every morning. The house is spacious and comfortable. There is a beach right across the road, and it is an easy walk to Porto Venere.
The wifi is quite slow

Meeting and talking with Roberto was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy, the best host we have ever had. The location of the house is ideal, it has a large living space and great kitchen, and the bedrooms have great air conditioners for the hot summer months. Some of the other reviews noted the furniture is somewhat dated and the internet service isn't great, and that is true, but in all other ways this apartment is really excellent!
