Really nice location - great view of the docks and the free ferry from the marina made for easy access to the centre, enough room for five people and the owners responded to any issues quickly! Definitely recommend

nice and clean, spacious and nice that there was coffee and Tea available when we arrived !
it smelled a little bit like petrol on the boat and it was a bit cold at night

It was an adventure to stay in a house boat instead of a hotel as usual. It was located in a quiet area and the beds were small but comfortable.
Unfortunately it can not be compared to the comfort in a hotel. The heater should be turned off when leaving the house boat, and also during the night, as it is quite noisy. Therefore when coming from the city or waking up in the morning, the boat is quite cold.
The shower and toilet are quite small and it took some time to get the water warm, in the morning there was only cold water (even after waiting for more than 30mins).
During the night you can not lock the house boat from
the inside, it was okay, as you can only enter the Marina with a code, but still it felt a little uncomfortable to not be able to lock the boat.
