De keuken is compleet, de tuin is goed, maar mist verlichting. Het is echt aardedonker na zonsondergang. De pelletkachel verwarmt heel goed. De ruime slaapkamers.

Het meubilair is echt aan vervanging toe. Het douchegordijn ook. Daar er veel vochtplekken zijn komt er ook veel schimmelvorming voor. Het toiletblok in de onderste badkamer moet vastgezet worden. Het hele pand heeft onderhoud nodig en dat is een kostbare zaak, daar ben ik mij van bewust.
