Experience the true Mediterranean culture, come and visit us in our authentic Adriatic seaside village. Our home is located in beautiful Kozarica bay that will leave you spellbound. Learn the old ways and become one with the nature, stone and sea.The spaceOur guest house consists of 3 apartments with seafront and Kozarica bay view. The whole village is made out of authentic stone houses and boardwalks, combined with untouched nature which results is absolute peacefulness and nirvana. Our home is recently rebuilt and all of the apartments are newly refurbished, featuring air-conditioning kitchen, balcony, private bathroom and inside and outside dinning areas. Since the sea and the beach are just underneath the house the hot summer days are easy to get by. Our guest also have access to shared Grill and terrace with dinning table to enjoy the peacefulness of long summer nights.Guest accessGuests have access to Grill, free parking space, shared terrace, and WI-FI.Interaction with guestsInteraction with guests is very important to us as our goal is to provide the best possible service, and hence we encourage you to rate your stay and leave comments in order for us to constantly improve our offer and service.Other things to notePlease Note:There are no markets in the village and nearest one is 12km far away. Fresh daily bread can be purchased in the house with surcharge.
Mljet is the southernmost and easternmost of the larger Adriatic Islands of Dalmatia. It is the greenest Island with Mediterranean vegetation, a clear and clean sea, and a gentle sandy shoreline. National Park spreads on the western side of the Island (for over 54km2) and offers shady walking or cycling tracks, ancient ruins, and saltwater lakes. Entrances to NP Mljet is in Polače and Pomena.The main places are Pomena, Polače, and Sobra and in those places, you may find supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, travel agencies, souvenir shops, etc...Island is regularly connected with Dubrovnik with a ferry from Dubrovnik or Korčula as well as a car ferry connection with Pelješac Peninsula on the Croatian mainland.Kozarica is a small, quiet village on the northern coast of Mljet Island, known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings. Just on the outskirts of the village, there is an unusual small field and lakeSlatina (Blatina)worth visiting if you are into nature and vistas.It's perfect for those seeking a tranquil getaway

What Mia and her family are doing in Kozarica, Mljet, should be an example to all people involved in tourism in Croatia. What makes Apartments Dora stand out from the standard is:
1) welcoming and family atmosphere (with full respect for your privacy),
2) infallible attention to details (from the apartment itself and its facilities to small things, like a a surprise treat on your balcony every morning),
3) being helpful, respectful and available for all you may need for a pleasant vacation.
Added bonus is a possibility of enjoying amazing home cooked meals for a really fair price. We love eating out on vacation and this is always our top expense, but we had no need to look any further than Mia’s kitchen and beautiful apartment terrace!
This is truly Croatian tourism as it once was (in the best possible sense). It is something rare to find nowadays - we will be back to this rare gem. Thank you Mia!

This is a great apartment with an amazing view over Kozarica and the sea beyond. Mia was incredibly welcoming, explained everything to us, and supper, breakfast and fresh bread was available if desired. The fresh fish suppers and freshly made bread were delicious! Kozarica is not hugely touristy (yet) and well placed to visit the national park. Would highly recommend! 😃

Fantastic location. Our host was exceptional. The food she provided was excellent. Great local seafood (plus a vegetarian option for me!) and very well priced. Stay here if you can. Amazing!!!
