Lock box for room keys is next to impossible to open because of its location. You cannot see the numbers for each button you need to press as it is so dark, even in the daytime. The numbers are just small, raised digits in the plastic on the very small lock box which is mounted on the outer door frame approximately 1” away from the side wall. You had to feel the tiny 1/8” numbers like you were reading Braille! We finally had to ask the nice woman in the office to help us access the keys. She agreed the lock box very difficult to access. We also didn’t realize that this unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator. We are quite elderly and we’re unable to carry our possessions up 3 flights of stairs. Again the lady came to our rescue and did it for us. Another woman helped us carry everything down to our car when we left. If it hadn’t been for them we would have been forced to leave. Of course we tipped them generously. The unit itself was relatively clean, spacious and very quiet with gorgeous views. However it is in need of a lot of refurbishment. The stove is in a deplorable state and very dirty. One of the recliner chairs is broken, and the couch fabric is worn and stapled in place where it was ripped. A glass globe covering one of the hall bathroom lights is missing, and just has a bare bulb. The master bedroom bath has no switch for the mirror lights. The cords on the Venetian blind in the master bedroom are broken and the blind cannot be raised. The carpet throughout the unit is covered with stains. This unit needs a lot of help in its appearance and condition!

The view was great. It was so nice to have plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out. The fireplace is beautiful.
We had 2 adults who were NOT interested in sharing a bed, so we were counting on the sofa bed. It was there, but not in great shape.
