Facilities, privacy and location worked very well for us. The shower, in particular, was excellent, one of the best. Access to terrace and pool was good and the no stairs access to our apartment was lovely.
The communal cupboard for surplus foodstuffs is a simple, but excellent, idea; it saw us through the first weekend.
When problems arose, Marija pursued the solutions and ensured that they were rapidly resolved.
Noise transference from adjacent apartments, particularly toilets, was very noticeable (fortunately, these were empty for much of our stay). There was no extractor or obvious ventilation in the bathroom, so odours and steam could hang about.
There were a couple of problems with the power supply. I wonder whether these had been adequately installed and checked (but see above).

Location was amazing, a few steps from the port, the villa was modern and clean, the staff could not do enough for you
