Small but cute place, it was clean, looked smaller in real life, but it had everything I needed, nothing to complain about. Everything was as listed
I didn’t really like the check in process cause it was needed to send my documents to the host through whatsapp which I consider not safe, and even though they have a check in desk, no one was there and I oughted to communicate with them only by phone. Also be prepared that you’ll need a working phone number to enter this place so if you are a non-EU traveler who just buys esim with data - maybe this isn’t a perfect place for you

The attic rooms are very cute. I felt really snug in them. I'm a big person, but there was definitely enough room.
Beds were so comfortable, and the room and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.
The check-in involves having a working mobile telephone, as you open your room door by dialling a phone number. It's very odd. Luckily, my British SIM works in the EU, but if you're from other places, it may not.
And what happen if the phone network is down?

Central location.
Communication with the staff is abysmal. They bombard with repetitive information from various mobile numbers, email addresses, and apps, but do not reply to even the simplest questions. A little disconcerting when a copy of your ID is requested from one number/email/app to be sent to another, then no response from any will come to the question "did you receive my ID?" The epic emails sent before check-in contain far too much superfluous information making the check-in process unnecessarily complicated.
