This is a cute and clean apartment right in the center of Asissi.
Our family was traveling from my daughter’s summer sports camp and so we specifically booked this property because a washing machine was listed as an amenity and also described in the Description. However, there was no washing machine in the apartment at all. The kind owner was apologetic and said Booking.com made a mistake, but it was a big disappointment for us and made our life logistically harder. Also, the listing said there were two sofa beds in the living room, but linens were only provided for one sofa bed (we were with two children). Lastly, the pictures of the listing show a stone tunnel and - as we have been to Asissi many times - we assumed there was some sort of access to the Asissi underground. But you could not access the tunnel and could only see a portion of it through a closed window in the floor - which was beneath a rug and sofa bed.

Location was perfect, and the flat was clean and nicely furnished!
Accommodations were wonderful. Only thing that would make it better would be a coffee maker for the morning!
