We used this house for a 4 person board meeting. We took our breaks walking on the beach, letting nature clear our minds!
Nothing. But we never did figure out how to shut down the heating/cooling mini split system. The hot tub heating system can disrupt sleeping for 1st floor bedroom, 2nd floor above the hot tub. However, the proximity to the beach was the best!
