The property was exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing!! We were there because my two daughters had a college softball game in the area. My daughter’s team were also staying in the hotel. The staff went over and beyond to make them feel welcomed. The staff had bottles of water, sunflower seeds, and softball bracelets in each of their rooms when they arrived. They also had a really cute softball sign in the lobby welcoming them when they checked in. Our girls were so happy and thankful that they went the extra mile to make them feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Breakfast was incredible! Loved the fact pool and hot tub open 24 hr! Major plus! Employees were awesome! I highly recommend.
Our tv remote didnt work. Was exchanged and it stopped working. I miss cable. :) I wish pool was a bit bigger as parties took over.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, although they appeared to be desperately understaffed.
Our room was FILTHY. There were crumbs, sock lint and God knows what else on the floors. The hard floor was definitely NOT mopped. The beds were made, but didn't look like the sheets had been changed from previous guests. The box spring cover has stains, too. It was very late when we checked in, so we slept on our own clothes and addressed it with the front desk in the morning. We were told it would be taken care of. We got in very late that night to find that our room hadn't been touched!!! So disgusting.
