The breakfast was amazing. The pool was so refreshing and so nice a setting. The host was welcoming and fun to be around. There was a nice vibe to the place. Relaxing, and Tuscan !!

We enjoyed our stay and to be honest: it was the best host in our whole Tuscany trip! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, (made specially for us!) and the view from the window was just stunning. All of this makes us want to come back for a longer stay someday – we're just waiting for StarLink and better internet! :)
One minor comment: there was a rather unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. Maybe it's worth checking out :)

Breakfast was good, especially the "toast" and eggs, location was convenient to visit the Chianti region. Fillipo gave us recommendations on towns to visit.
Breakfast hours were limited with no kettle in the room for coffee or tea. It was strictly forbidden to eat or drink. The shared refrigerator was unplugged, hairdryer broken, TV and AC didn't work.
