La proximité du centre de Concarneau et de la ville-close. Rue calme et facile pour se garer. Literie confortable.
Le canapé est un clic-clac, mais lorsqu'on s'assoit dessus, on est directement assis sur les ressorts ce qui n'est vraiment pas agréable... La lunette des toilettes est fendue et provoque automatiquement un pincement au derrière quand on se relève ! 😅 Les portes de douche ne sont plus étanches en bas, les joints ne se touchent plus, ce qui provoque une fuite sur le tapis de douche.

L'appartement est spacieux, cosy, bien équipé et propre. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'appartement, et sa proximité avec le centre (10mn à pied)
Le canapé n'est pas très confortable et le lit superposé fait beaucoup de bruit. Les gobelets de salle de bain n'étaient pas propres

Neat and clean and near to the centre of Concarneau. Plenty of hot water, a comfortable bed and responsive heating.
The Ikea cupboards...they kept popping open; no decent mirror, though I understand one is on order; the broken sofa...not comfortable;
