Jalousien/ Verdunklungsvorhänge fehlen, Heizung im Bad wurde nicht warm, vielleicht Bedienungsproblem.

Die helle Wohnung. Die zentrale Lage. Vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Residenzschloss, der Markt und seine umliegenden Straßen, mit Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, selbst der Hbf ist in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Ansonsten gibt es eine sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr (Bus) um Ausflüge, z.B. nach Marbach (Schillers Geburtshaus) zu machen.
Das der Türöffner der Eingangstür zum Haus meist auf geöffnet stand, war ungewohnt, aber für die Mieter im Haus wohl okay.
