Robert, the host, and his parents are extremely kind people. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with all needed things. Great plus was garage adjusted to free-time "room" where free coffee, tea, fuzzy drinks, and beers were available. We did not hear any disturbing sounds from nearby road. The location is fantastic, literally a few mins drive to Grundlsee (or around 15-minute walk). We will be staying here again, definitely.
Just as a suggestion/recommendations: the microwave could be a useful device in the kitchen. Also, the sound coming from the heating room might be found disturbing for some. Maybe sound isolation would be a solution here.

The apartment is clean and tidy and the owners are friendly, helpful and generous. If I visit the same area again, I will come back to the same apartment.
