1. The location is great, 5 min walk to the city center
2. The staff is really friendly and helpfull
3. Lots of parking spots nearby
1. The worst wifi experience I have had in a very long time in any european country - its really slow, cuts off at times, forget about watching anything online or long distance calls
2. Smelly trash cans by the entrance are not at all welcoming and they are always there no matter the day or time
3. There were not enough sheets for sofa beds
4. There are only very basic toiletries in the bathroom which is soap and body wash in the shower

Great location and good value for money for Lucerne. You get what you pay for. The apartment is clean, functional and has everything you need for a short stay. Staff to let us in were excellent and the free Lucerne visitor pass is a nice plus!
Wifi was poor, and whilst it says it has apple tv - the internet is too poor for this to work. Noise wasn’t too bad, but ear plugs may be needed as you can hear neighbours. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable.

The staff I met (didn’t catch their names but was 2 ladies) were very friendly and welcoming. The property was nice and clean.
Construction outside was loud and annoying. The covers for the bed were comfy but super small and I don’t know why it had two small covers instead of one big cover. The fan in the bathroom was obnoxious.

The Host was very cooperative and the location of the apartment is in a very good location.
The apartment has a single tiny toilet which is very difficult for two families to manage. However the beds were provided for all the members with sufficient bedsheets. The TV wasn't working though they have placed a set top box in the living area. The toilet was the most shabby place without proper heater, no drain in the wash area, a small bathtub provided within such a small area, etc.
