La vue mer et la superficie de l’appartement.
Des équipements abimés (matériel de cuisine plus qu’usagé , chaise défoncée, housse de clic clac en lambeaux…) et un état de propreté très très moyen à l’arrivée.

La copropriété est soignée, la place de parking se situe dans la cour intérieure, ce qui facilite le transfert des bagages. L'appartement est au rdc, avec vue sur la plage
L'appartement est rafraichi mais il n'est pas neuf, il y a plein de petits trucs qui ne vont pas mais rien de sérieux. Globalement, l'appartement est bien
