Location good and there was an iron and facilities there was a nice road line and there was a dishwasher shower was nice
Stains on the carpet stairs need an extra handrail extremely steep stairs bath hot tap no water coming out if any. Bathroom shelf very loose.
Needs a good nick of paint in the hall.
Nets up at window would have been nice for more privacy. Outdoor furniture would’ve been ideal. More small teaspoons .

Paul was so reaponsive and was available to help with anything we needed. The house was spotless and we all slept so well. Close to the train station and Beverley Town Centre. Cpuldnt fault it.

Good location and quiet. Plenty of space and comfortable. Great price. Warm and secure.
Bit faded. Twin room lacked bed side tables. The curtains in the bedrooms were not hung properly and were difficult to open and close.
