The apartment is located very central, on the eighth floor. There is 2 elevators in the building.
Access to the car parking is behind the building.
You can find several supermarkets, restaurants and bars directly in front of the building, also there is a good restaurant in the same building. The apartment is very spacious and has a little balcony.
The accomodation offers a good hair dryer, an iron and iron rack.
The bedroom is a bit small but comfy.
The host was very nice and accomodating, he welcomed me on a big holiday without making any scene out of that. He was also very flexible, since I didnt know the exact arrival time.
The parking space which belongs to the apartment is *extremely narrow*, I had struggles getting in there with a SUV. I am not exaggerating, it is nearly unacceptable.
First day in the apartment I had to vacuum and mop the floor because my white socks turned black from the bottom, after a very short time while I unpacked my stuff. I dont think the apartment was "dirty" in that sense - but it probably wasnt in use for a longer time, therefore there was a lot of dust everywhere.
It is listed on Booking that there is a washing machine in the apartment - which wasnt the case. I booked a longer stay - so this was a big problem. Luckily I am from Novi Pazar so I had the opportunity to wash my stuff at my parents and then put it in the dryer which is in the apartment.
It is also listed as "fully equipped kitched" - which means I had 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 glasses, 2 plates, thats it. I also had to bring my own pan and spatula from my parents home, because the pan in the apartment is scratched and unusable. There was a lot of stuff missing in the kitchen, e.g. a simple kitchen towel or a dish rack. So, basically I had to put the wet dishes on the bare kitchen because there was no rack.
Also, the front door of the shower (for closing the shower), is not present - for whatever reason. I hang up a big towel, so the bathroom doesnt get completely wet.
BTW:
- Be aware of the fact, that the apartment is in the middle of the town, right on the main street. Its very loud, especially in the evenings because thats when all people tend to go out or drive their cars for fun. You can also hear the music from the bar which is right on the opposite and the restaurant which is directly in the same building.
- It is one of the most expensive apartments in NP, probably because of the good location.
I am still satisfied with my stay, because I know how the standards are in Serbia and I did not have big expectations.
It is okay, if you are prepared for the above listed.

Everything was very good, location is excelent.
Comfortable and very tidey apartmant.
