Tolle Lage mit 30m zum Strand. An Pfingsten noch sehr ruhig mit sehr wenigen Touristen. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuss leicht erreichbar.
Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal zentral gelegen.
Die Vermietung und der Kontakt mit Luxlikehome lief absolut problemlos und war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und alles inklusive Geschirr sehr sauber. Während des Aufenthalts wirde das Appartment zweimal gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt.
Das zweite Zimmer hat nir ein ausziehbares Sofa was für unsere zwei grossen Kinder 17 und 15 ein wenig knapp bemessen war.

Very recommendable apartment. We had a very enjoyable holiday! Petros and his agency have been very flexible and supportive. Neither a early check in at 12 noon was a problem nor when there were problems with the washing machine and a technican came at the same day (Sunday) and fixed it.
The view is stunning and of course there are more beautiful beaches in Chalkidiki but for us as a small family it was perfect. Having breakfast on the terrace with view to the beach and our son could play in the small garden. And when going to the beach which started directly after the garden we did not have to organize a lot. There is a permanent parasol implemented and when we forgot anything it was only a 20 m walk to the apartment. The beach is clean and the water was perfect for swimming at the end of May.
There is an old unfinished building next to the house but it never has bothered us as our eyes were on the garden, pine trees and beach.
The apartment is very nice and well equiped. There is no dishwasher but as mostly we have eaten outside (the Taverne Mikiverna which is 50 m away is open 7 days a week and very recommendable) it was not that big issue for us three.
As the apartment is on the ground floor the apartment was still nicely cool despite 33 C outside.
As mentioned above a dishwasher would be a benefit for bigger families >3 people.

Positive things:
- the location is fantastic and I think it is the main competitive advantage of this booking - the property is literally on the beach and the beach is relatively nice. Of course, not necessarily comparable with the sands / waters you'll find in the islands, but still, a clean beach, with nice sands and clear waters.
- parking is free and available at the property. The location is basically a block of apartments and there are (I think) about 5 more apartments, but there is sufficient space for everybody. Most of the other tenants are locals who come during the weekend to relax a bit, so expect the parking to be more demanded at the end of the week.
- Petros the location administrator was super flexible - he picked up our call at 23:30 the night before the check in, when we made the booking and waited for us at 22:00 the next day when we came in. If you can't make it in time for the normal check in hours, there are some extrafees to be paid, but still I was happy that such options exist - no need therefore to rush driving there.
- there are some options for eating and grocery within walking distance. if you have a car, within 10 minutes drive you have even more options.
- at least during our stay (early August 2020), all the surroundings (beach and building included) were very unpopulated. This came as an advantage in those times when you are supposed to stay socially distant. During many days, we were about the only ones on the beach.
- location has its own umbrella and sun beds - no additional charges from this point of view.
Most of the negative things are just minor issues which have been advised to the property privately for them to upgrade in the future - the property is fairly new on the holiday rentals market so I guess many of the things have just not been fixed yet and will be adjusted on the way
The mosquitos are a big problem and somehow, even with all the measures taken, they seem to find a way inside the home. The property has all sorts of anti-mosquitos devices, but still I got bitten everywhere daily :)

The most valuable thing about this house is the location - it’s practically on the beach! So you can spend all your holiday on the beach, without having to travel by car to other beaches. The house is very modern, decorated with style, very cosy and clean, you feel like home - you will find everything you can imagine - for cooking, for beaching (there was a variety of chairs, long chairs, beach tables left at our disposal by the owner). The beach itself is ok, not at all crowded, very quiet and calm. We were very well welcomed by the property manager, and all health & safety measures around Covid-19 were fully respected. The internet connection was very good, we were able to work from time to time and did not had any issues. We will definitely return, maybe even next month!
The house is ideal for one couple with 2 kids, because in one of the bedrooms there is a sofa bed, and not a queen bed and not everyone will find this comfortable.
Maybe a microwave will be a good thing for people who cook and want to heat something quickly.
There was a strong smell in the bathroom coming from the drain.
