L'appartement est joli et fonctionnel. La literie était confortable et l'emplacement, dans le sud de la vielle ville, était pratique. Il y avait des places de stationnement le long des remparts, pas très loin de l'appartement et pas très chères car gratuites la nuit.
La cuisine est fonctionnelle et il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire.
Dosettes de café, de lessive et pour lave-vaisselle offertes.
Les voisins étaient un peu bruyants (à côté et au-dessus + un chien qui aboyait parfois côté jardin) mais rien de trop grave.
Le wifi était en panne la première moitié de mon séjour et l'agence ne m'a proposé aucune solution.
Comme accessoires, il manquait de l'essuie-tout et un torchon à main. Une petite bouteille d'huile d'olive aurait aussi été appréciable pour faire la cuisine.

L’impossibilità di gestire i riscaldamenti. All’interno c’è il termostato ma è sotto chiave con una temperatura pre impostata. Abbiamo provato ad accendere il condizionatore, ma in modalità riscaldamento non funzionava. Abbiamo contattato tramite booking la struttura che però non è stata in grado di fornirci supporto. Casa decisamente fredda

- We parked our vehicle in front of the apartment for just 3 minutes to unload our luggage and received a €120 fine. The host failed to inform us about ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) rules. As non-Italians, we were completely unaware of such regulations.
- Insufficient toiletries provided for longer stays(2+ days) —only one small bar of soap, two shampoo sachets, and three rolls of toilet paper.
- The host requires guests to send sensitive personal information (copies of IDs/passports) via regular email, which is unacceptable. This practice jeopardizes guests’ personal data security and does not comply with GDPR regulations.
