the house is big, the bed rooms have a lot of space. it has a restaurant in the street and you can get the subway in 10 minutes.

Good location, good sized apartment for a group of 5, good facilities as expected
Smart lock system to enter building/apartment didn't work for us very well at all

The apartment is clean, big and renovated. There is an elevator.
2 bedrooms and beds are comfortable.
Self check in and check out. And access to the building and the apartment via Smartphone.
The tram is passing right in front of the building and so very accessible. The historical center is 20 min away.
Parking on street cost 6€ per day.
We did not receive check in instructions prior to arriving (even if we did the pre check in online). So, we struggled 30+ min on arrival to figure out how to enter the building. Definitely not a good first impression.
Air conditioning was not working on the last day - and Milan can be very hot ! The street below the apartment is busy and sleeping with the windows open is a challenge.
Sink was clogged when we arrived (it was repaired the day after we reported it)
