Easy to find, 20 min walk from central train station
Very difficult as I bank with HSBC - I needed to provide additional information for them. The host did not provide this as standard which indicates this is an HSBC issue. Proving my payment of taxes was also problematic because I bank with HSBC.

great location, really good price for quality, and quick easy communication with host. we were with 3 kids who loved the place. it was clean, had a washing machine, and nice finishes, comfy, and simple amenities like coffee and tea. communication with host was really clear and friendly
as others say it was a bit noisy on a busy road, and we had a baby stroller which was difficult to carry up the stairs.
