My husband and I travelled to the area to ride the Three Sisters with a group of other riders. I waited to make reservations at the last minute and was not able to get a room in Camp Wood where our friends were staying. Little did I know that was a blessing in disguise. Unlike my friends, I had hot and cold running water, a toilet seat and cold AC.
The mattress was very comfortable which was the most important part after a long day riding.

My partner and I came to explore the Nueces River and get away from the city. The room was sweet and simple, a quiet place to rest our head. The neighbors were also friendly. We loved that Gina left a binder with a tips on things to do, especially places to swim. Thank you!

It was a last minute find and so happy we did. Rental was approved quickly and owners were very hospitable. We enjoyed the stay and will probably be back in the future...God willing.
