Great value for money! Just a few minutes by car to Virpazar, yet the place is very quiet and peaceful. The owner is very friendly and generous, always available when needed.

Das Chalet war großartig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders dankbar war ich für die Kaffeemaschine (ideal, da ich eine Sunrise-Bootstour gebucht hatte) und die Waschmaschine mit bereitgestellten Waschblättern – super praktisch! Auch Klimaanlage und Grundausstattung (Kaffee, Putzmittel etc.) wurden von der netten Vermieterfamilie bereitgestellt.
Das Haus liegt etwas abseits am Hang – perfekt, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Unten im Ort ist es in der Hochsaison sehr voll, daher war die Lage für mich ideal. Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten: unten ein Wohnbereich mit Sofa, Kamin, Küche (inklusive Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank-Gefrier-Kombi) und oben ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon. Die Aussicht auf den See ist traumhaft – mein Highlight beim Frühstück.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation per WhatsApp schnell und unkompliziert. Sogar beim Einchecken gab es ein Foto vom Parkplatz.
Ein großartiger Ort, den ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde – sowohl für Alleinreisende als auch für Paare, die ein paar entspannte Tage am Skutarisee verbringen möchten.
Das Türschloss klemmte etwas, aber ich habe sofort den passenden Trick genannt bekommen. Bei meiner Abreise wurde mir gesagt, dass es ausgetauscht wird – also alles bestens. Der Aufstieg mit schwerem Koffer über die Treppen vom Tor zu den Häusern war etwas mühsam, aber dafür wird man mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht und Ruhe belohnt.

Sehr sauber und toller Ausblick. Start von Booten auf den Skadar See in Laufdistanz und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Trinkwasserspender im Haus for free.

The owners were really kind and caring, the atmosphere was pretty nice.
The beds were terrible. When you stay at a place like this, the most important thing is to be able to rest at the end of the day. There were very cheap, old mattresses, the house is tilted, if you put a ball on the floor it's going to roll down. Therefore it matters where you put your head in the night. The kitchen lacked a lot of things, the sink was constantly giving us a terrible smell. The bathroom was very small. The ants were everywhere around and in the house. For the price we paid, I was expecting a lot more comfortable place, especially compared to hotel room prices in the country.
