This wonderful contemporary villa's ground floor gives onto the terraces, garden, and the pool. South facing, the four air-conditioned bedrooms on this floor open onto a large terrace-balcony with a beautiful, extensive view of Ciotat Bay and Bec de l'Aigle. This is a prime location in a peaceful neighbourhood 300 m from the shops and village centre. The large basement boasts a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and sink.

Lovely open plan modern house. Lovely area. The only problem we had was confusion over the deposit, which was resolved through communication with the owner. Owner expected a cash deposit, the booking agency held a reserve on our credit card to act as the deposit so we were surprised at the cash request. Resolved amicably.

Long weekend away with family and friends for the Rugby in Marseille. Excellent, quiet location, the villa itself was exactly as described, the village of Ceyreste a bonus. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

The house was the perfect place to spend time with my family and grandchildren. The living area is very sociable and we all loved the pool and garden. We also loved the balcony from each bedroom.
