A typical village house, completely restored, this charming home offers comfort and tranquility. The house has two bedrooms, one small and one large bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Everything is provided, including air conditoning. Internet access and Wi-Fi are available. The house is over 200 years old and has been completely restored. It is not very large, but has a lot of character. It is approximately 120 m2 spread over three floors. On the ground floor: living room and kitchen. On the first floor: living room, a bedroom and a shower room. On the second floor: large bedroom, bathroom. Located between Nimes and Beaucaire, it is central to a host of attractions: the Pont du Gard, Nimes, Arles, Beaucaire, Tarascon, Les Baux-de-Provence, Avignon, Aigues-Mortes, Le Grau du Roi, Uzès, plus numerous equestrian farms and several quality vineyards. All located within a radius of twenty to forty km. In addition, Manduel is close to a large area of garrigue, with a lot of hiking trails. There are extraordinary hikes to be done. And about 40 minutes away is the Camargue, an extraordinary regional natural park and biosphere reserve, plus magnificent sandy beaches.
My house is located in the center of the village, near the church and the square, and all amenities (bakery, grocery store, butcher, etc.). There's a supermarket at the entrance to the village. The market in the village square is held on Wednesday mornings. Parking is easy to find near the house.

Très bien, bien situé pour visiter la région, village agréable. Parking pas facile devant la location lié aux travaux de l’église.
Location gérée par une dame disponible, très agréable et sympathique.
