Everything! Baggergate really was a home away from home. All the thoughtful touches Christmas Decorations, food hamper, bubbly, bath robes and slippers were amazing. The house was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Spa pool, car parking the list goes on. Could not fault this property it was excellent.
Heidi and Trish were fabulous to deal with. Thank you for the awesome accomodation we will be back 😀

Baggergate House was in a great location for the city.
It was very clean & the beds were comfortable & cosy. All the linen & towels were of good quality, even supplied bathrobes & slippers.
All the rooms were nicely furnished & the whole house was very well equipped.
The hot tub was superb, very clean and in good working order. Towels were provided too.

The house is suitably located in York for many attractions and central shopping, eating and leisure activities. It's also close by a lovely lively local sub district. The house is perfect for families or like us, a group of women sharing to see a concert.
This might not be the right place for anyone with limited mobility as the steps are a bit steep and there are multiple levels, not a criticism though, as it added to the charm of the place

Great location, the hot tub is perfect to relax after walking beautiful York all day. The house feels clean, luxurious and complete. The direct area is perfect for going into city center, but also finding more off beat restaurants and a park to walk.
The beds in one room could have been a bit better as the springs could be felt through the matrasses
