About this house rental
If you want to take a break in the Belluno Dolomites National Park and still visit Venice (100 km), the art cities of Veneto, the Dolomites and the lakes of Trentino, this is the vacation home for you! It is located in a clearing, surrounded by woods, and is accessible by a dirt road (downhill) about 300 meters. Nearby is the house IDD337. In the small center of Servo di Sovramonte you will find a supermarket, a bar and a pharmacy. At a distance of only 15 km are the towns of Feltre, Castello Tesino and Fiera di Primiero. The house is on three floors. On the first floor is the laundry room, accessible from the outside. The first and second floor are connected by an internal staircase. The outdoor area is dedicated to relaxation: sun loungers for sunbathing, barbecue and table. Shared with the other house is the children's play area with swing, sandbox and other games. If you like skiing, the ski area Croce d'Aune - Monte Avena, just 5 km away, is particularly ideal for families. At a distance of 40 km you can find the ski area of San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle, and at a distance of 70 km the Falcade - San Pellegrino area and the Civetta ski area. From the accommodation you can make excursions on foot or by bike, following paths that cross the Sovramonte plateau or trekking on more demanding routes such as the high road No. 2 of the Dolomiti Bellunesi Park. If you love adrenaline sports, Monte Avena is an excellent starting point for paragliding or hang gliding. The nearby lakes (Corlo 20 km, Levico and Caldonazzo 60 km, Santa Croce 70 km) offer the possibility of windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing. Historical-artistic routes will lead you to charming medieval towns or villages: Feltre, Belluno, Bassano del Grappa, Mel, Fiera di Primiero.

Wir waren mit ein paar Freunden für eine Woche in dem Haus. Für uns hat trotz teils schlechtem Wetter alles gepasst. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben von dort diverse Ausflüge zum Wandern gestartet. Perfekt für alle die in die Natur wollen. Wir kommen sicher wieder :)
