About this apartment rental
The apartment is close to the center of Marquartstein, centrally but quietly located in a modernized farmhouse. It has just been completely renovated and leaves nothing to be desired for holidaymakers who love Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and nature.
The holiday apartment has large, new box spring beds, a living room with a dining table and television, a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Make yourself comfortable on the bench in front of the house or have breakfast in the morning sun.
Towels, bed linen and a fully equipped kitchen are available. There is also a washing machine directly in the bathroom for your own laundry. Bicycles are also available free of charge upon request.
With us you will sleep particularly well. Thanks to the installed memon products, our apartment is free from electrosmog and any environmental pollution.

Eine schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung! Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Marquarstein von wo aus, man viele Aktivitäten starten kann.

Die Lage am Ortsrand von Marquartstein ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Chiemsee, Salzburg, Kampenwand sind schnell erreicht.
Nach den Ausflügen kann man im Garten entspannen.
Zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist man auch schnell gelaufen.

Haben die freien Tage rund um Christi Himmelfahrt mit Freunden im Laimgruber-Hof verbracht.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt - es gibt eine große Wiese mit Schaukel, eine eigene Ess-Ecke mit Feuerstelle (hat uns besonders gut gefallen) und für die Kleinen sogar einen eigenen Spielplatz. Das Haus ist riesig und bietet alles, was man braucht.
Herr Felder war sehr um unser Wohl besorgt und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite - selbst die teil-defekte Kaffemaschine wurde sofort getauscht, einfach klasse! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben mit unserer Familie 1 Woche Urlaub auf dem Laimgruber verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist leicht, sich wohl zu fühlen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, so dass ohne Probleme eine Mahlzeit für einen Familie gekocht werden kann. Die Umgebung ist schön. Gegenüber vom Hof fließt die Tiroler Achen und mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Wald. Marquartstein ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es war ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
