Location to Tube station, clean, functional, well fitted out.
Cracked window in the Lounge concerning as on an upper floor of the block. Most disappointing and tarnished our stay was the parking which was difficult to initially find a space. However we did arrive earlier than the propery owner agreed as our journey was better than expected. But did not expect to get a parking ticket at 13.09 when we were told we could arrive at 1pm. I spoke to the parking warden explaining we have a permit, I showed the rmail from the owner he confirmed no permit was issued and even refreshed his tablet but nothing was registered. I informed thr owner he said he woukd investigate. We left our stay with nothing resolved. Despite a number of emails over several days with still no answers, I appealed the parking ticket, the delayed response confirmed no permit was issued on the day of our ticket and wad therefore declined. These 2 factual pieces of information were sent to the owner who said the warden gave me the wrong information but ignored the appeal decision letter which I forwarded to him. Aftet no further response from him I contacted Booking.com, amazingly he the replied. He is not to be trusted and I would never book any property of his again. Be very very careful if you are told you have an E permit and do not arrive a minute before you are told, be warned. We booked this property as we were travelling by car and needed parking as part of our stay. He will make every excuse but nothing is fact based.
